Scope:
The renovation of the main exterior entry of The Houstonian Hotel included expanding the drive to two lanes to better accommodate guest traffic. A spacious Thermory deck provides Tribute Restaurant and Bar patrons with a serene setting to enjoy views of the surrounding landscape. Exterior enhancements feature stamped concrete with The Houstonian logo beneath the porte-cochere and new tile extending from the driveway to the hotel entrance. Landscaping, grading, and finishes were thoughtfully integrated to maintain The Houstonian’s signature understated elegance, ensuring a seamless blend between existing and new elements.
