Project:
Trees For Houston
Role:
Construction Manager at Risk
Scope:
This ground-up project established the new headquarters for Trees For Houston, supporting their mission to grow and sustain Houston’s tree canopy. Built on a one-and-a-half-acre site, the campus includes a 7,000 square foot office building with executive offices, collaborative spaces, and event-ready amenities, along with indoor and outdoor restrooms and parking. A 1,400 square foot outdoor education center provides space for community programming and environmental learning, while a 14,000 square foot tree nursery supports the organization’s goal of planting 10,000 trees over the next five years. This thoughtfully designed facility is a lasting investment in Houston’s green future.
