Heights Mercantile

Heights Mercantile is a new low-rise urban market district in Houston Historic Heights neighborhood. Adjacent to the Heights Bike tail, this project consisting of converting two historical homes to retail spaces, renovating two existing commercial buildings and building two structures from ground up. Each building was a unique experience due to the variety of conditions, encompassing metal panels, Hardi board, installation of site work, landscaping, and hardscape to the individual building to the trail as one cohesive design. This project is the recipient of the prestigious Houston Landmark Award for the retail category in 2018.
