Scope:
This project involved the ground-up construction of a new Halfway House and two Comfort Stations strategically located along the golf course. The 1,088 square foot Halfway House features a small waiting area, walk-up snack counter, two restrooms, and a covered patio. All three buildings were finished with materials and design elements selected to complement the existing architectural style of the Club.

Established in 1951, Lakeside Country Club is a prestigious private club located in West Houston, spanning over 200 acres and serving a vibrant membership of more than 1,000 individuals. The Club provides an elegant setting for a wide range of events, including weddings, charitable fundraisers, and sporting tournaments.
