Scope:
Renovation of a 3,000 square foot luxury jewelry boutique featuring custom light fixtures and high-end finishes throughout the showroom and bar areas. The project involved relocating chandeliers and glass display cases from the existing store, as well as installing a high-security vault and outfitting back-of-house spaces to support staff operations. To meet the stringent design and quality standards of prestigious brands like Rolex and Patek Philippe, the team maintained ongoing coordination with international contractors and brand representatives throughout the build.
