Project:
Texas A&M University
Technology and Research Center
Role:
General Contractor
Scope:
Renovation of approximately 15,000 square feet of office space within the Century Square mixed-use development. The scope involved the complete demolition of the previous tenant space to accommodate a new layout featuring twenty-four private offices, four executive offices, two conference rooms, a break room, and an open-concept reception area. Given the presence of active tenants both above and below the construction site, the project required meticulous planning, clear communication, and strategic coordination to minimize noise and maintain a clean environment for surrounding occupants.
