Scope:
New construction of a two-story, 8,400 square foot Pro Shop and The Turn on the golf course. The Pro Shop, with stained wood throughout, provides a perfect backdrop for this timeless golf retail space. The Turn includes a commercial kitchen, casual dining room and well-appointed restroom for members. The second floor was built out for the Club’s administrative office space. This new building ties into the existing clubhouse which was built in the 1920s.

The construction of the Pro Shop and The Turn, a counter service grill, brings another level of convenience and accessibility to the River Oaks Country Club golfing experience.
