Scope:
The renovation of the competition pool and surrounding deck area included a full pool renovation and upgraded pool equipment, installation of pavers, construction of a pergola, and enhanced landscaping. Due to tight site conditions, the project required meticulous planning and coordination to minimize disruptions to surrounding neighbors and ongoing Club operations. Our team worked closely around the Club’s event schedule to ensure daily activities and member experiences continued seamlessly throughout construction.

Dating back 1949, The Briar Club has always been a place for families to focus on fun and continues to welcome new members, creating a dynamic club that grows and evolves along with its membership.
