Scope:
Forney Construction is providing construction management services for four projects on the St. John’s Campus with a combined project budget of $103 million: Phase II of the Athletics Complex, The Coach Angie Kensinger Center, a new Maintenance Facility and a new Lower School. While managing separate budgets, schedules, design and construction teams for each project, Forney’s knowledge and oversight of all the different ‘moving parts’ involved in each of these efforts has been key to the combined success of these efforts and the school’s associated capital campaign.
