St. John Vianney Catholic Church

Construction Manager at Risk

This project was a renovation of the existing 17,000 square foot Catholic Church which included the Sanctuary, Narthex, and Chapel. It also features new construction of a bell tower and paved walkways with brick archways connecting the existing features to the additions.  Construction of this project was completed while allowing the sanctuary to be operational every weekend.

Founded in 1966, St. John Vianney is a Catholic parish community that strives to live in faith, change lives and bring people closer to God through fellowship, sacraments, service, and prayer. As a part of the 50th anniversary of the church, this renovation created additional parking and seating for the growing congregation.
