Scope:

The Houstonian Club significantly expanded its recreational amenities with the addition of eight pickleball courts, including four covered by a sleek, rigid shade system for year-round play. Enhancements also include a spacious Dining and Observation Deck, designed to accommodate members, guests, and event functions while providing a prime vantage point for viewing matches. A dedicated food and beverage area ensures ample service options for both players and spectators, enhancing the overall experience. The project is completed with lush landscaping, sophisticated hardscaping, and strategic lighting, all thoughtfully integrated to maintain The Houstonian campus’s signature green aesthetic and inviting atmosphere.

The Houstonian offers a pampering guest experience nestled in an 18-acre wooded landscape within Houston’s purely urban Galleria area. The added courts and exterior improvements supports their mission of providing a unique health club experience to its 5,800 members.
