Scope:
This fast-paced project consisted of a 2-story steel hitting structure, new pre-engineered metal buildings to facilitate equipment and storage, cart barn and staff offices. New underground utilities and power were required to be run to each building as this parcel of land had not been previously developed. Schedule was paramount as Memorial Park was the 2019 host of the PGA Houston Open Tournament.
