Scope:

This ground-up project expanded Memorial Hermann’s presence in League City with the construction of a new Convenient Care Center, offering accessible, high-quality healthcare services to the community. The facility includes a 24/7 emergency room, outpatient imaging and diagnostics – featuring MRI, CT, and 3D mammography – along with primary care, sports medicine, rehabilitation, and lab services. The scope began with core and shell construction using tilt-wall methods and surrounding site development. Following the successquare footul completion of that phase, the team was awarded the 45,000 square foot interior buildout, which included the installation of a 450kW emergency generator to support uninterrupted operations and patient care.
