Scope:
Ground-up construction of a 12,000 square foot aircraft storage facility located in San Marcos, Texas. The pre-engineered metal building is equipped with two operable sliding hangar doors strategically positioned on the north and south sides of the pad to allow optimal aircraft access. In addition to the primary storage space, the project includes the interior buildout of a lounge area within the hangar, offering added functionality and comfort.

Impact:
In addition to the dual 103-foot sliding hangar doors, the facility also features a dedicated helicopter door to accommodate a range of aircraft. Blending elements of Swedish minimalism with Texas-style functionality, the space was thoughtfully designed to serve not only as a practical aviation hub but also as an inviting environment for hosting both employees and clients.
