Scope:
The multi-phased renovation of the Associate Locker Rooms wet areas included high-end finishes and fixtures along with amenities such as steam rooms, saunas and cold showers. A fresh and streamlined aesthetic provides a comfortable and relaxing environment before and after workouts. As The Houstonian is known for providing the highest level of service, the locker rooms remained in full operation throughout construction as the project was phased to allow for continuity of services for Club members.

The Houstonian offers a pampering guest experience nestled in an 18-acre wooded landscape within Houston’s purely urban Galleria area. The Associate Locker Room renovation supports their mission of providing a unique health club experience to its 5,800 members.
