Scope:
The renovation of 285 guest rooms at The Houstonian Hotel included new fan coil units and roof top units, entry doors with integrated locking system, custom finished hardware, millwork and custom mini-bar units. The bathrooms included frameless glass shower doors, new vanities and lighted mirrors to complement all new finishes. The thoughtful design included a variety of floor plans to serve guests of all types.
