Scope:
The comprehensive renovation of all 285 guest rooms included the demolition and replacement of fan coil units and rooftop units, installation of new entry and connector doors with integrated locking systems, and custom-finished hardware. The scope also covered new finishes, closets, and mini-bar units. Electrical modifications involved additions and adjustments to power and switching systems, relocation of sprinkler heads and fire alarm devices, and custom architectural millwork. Bathroom upgrades featured new bathtub and shower enclosures, tile, and the installation of Owner-provided items.

The Houstonian offers a pampering guest experience nestled in an 18-acre wooded landscape within Houston’s purely urban Galleria area. With complementary access to the Houstonian Club and four onsite resturants, guests are able to escape the city without ever leaving.
