Scope:
The renovation of the Houston Racquet Club, a 19,700 square foot occupied clubhouse, is distinguished by the high-end finishes throughout the project, extensive structural work, and exterior features. The interior scope included new locker rooms with updated dining room, new commercial kitchen, multiple bars with extensive electrical services, and a member lounge. Extensive demolition and steel work were required to lower a portion of the floor by 18 inches. Additionally, the new exterior of the club features an Ipe deck covered by operable louvered canopy and surrounding turf.
