Scope:
Forney Construction served as Construction Manager as Adviser for Houston Endowment’s new 31,000 square foot headquarters. This two-story, light-filled building includes underground parking for staff, surface parking for visitors, and overlooks Spotts Park along Buffalo Bayou. Designed to foster wellness and connection, the headquarters features collaborative workspaces and inviting areas for community engagement—reflecting Houston Endowment’s mission and commitment to the city.
