River Oaks Country Club – East End Renovation & Expansion

Project:

River Oaks Country Club – East End Renovation & Expansion

Role:

Construction Manager at Risk

Scope:

The project involved the demolition of the east side of the fully operational clubhouse, originally built in the 1950s, along with the removal of existing pools and structural elements. This made way for a reimagined aquatic and recreational complex, featuring four new water attractions, a 4,000-square-foot basement, and a two-story facility. The new building houses an upscale bar, kitchen, and dining room, as well as a dedicated kids’ area, poolside cabanas, a playground, and a basketball court, all designed to enhance the club’s offerings while preserving its historic charm.

Architect:

Impact:

The River Oaks Country Club’s expanded and renovated clubhouse increases its opportunity for more recreational ventures as well as occasions for community gatherings and events. The club hosts hundreds of events annually for nonprofit organizations, corporate events, sporting tournaments and more.
