The phased construction of the fitness and activity center in Bridgeland elevates the community’s recreational offerings with a blend of new construction and strategic renovations. Phase one introduced a 4,260-square-foot fitness center featuring a spacious exercise room, open-air corridors, and expansive windows with lake views, creating a welcoming environment for residents. Phase two transformed the existing amenity center with a modernized kitchen, updated restrooms, upgraded finishes, and a new covered patio, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The comprehensive project also included refreshed parking and improved accessibility, reinforcing Bridgeland’s commitment to exceptional community amenities.
