Project:
Private Client
Role:
General Contractor
Scope:
Interior tenant improvement of approximately 2,100 square feet located on the second floor of a five-story building. The project began with the demolition of the existing interior to make way for a newly designed workroom featuring sixteen workstations and a central technology hub, along with an adjacent conference room. The space was thoughtfully crafted with high-end finishes, including new carpet and raised flooring, a relocated existing glass wall, a custom drywall ceiling with coved accent lighting in the workroom, and a perforated metal lay-in ceiling in the conference room—resulting in a modern and functional office environment.
