Scope:
The Sienna Sawmill Club expansion offers a vibrant recreational hub situated between the Sawmill Pool and Sawmill Lake, featuring beach sand areas, a new pavilion, cabana, and a beach volleyball court with shaded viewing space. Thoughtfully designed to create inviting spaces for residents, the project includes enhanced landscaping, sidewalks, and wood decking, providing a variety of seating and gathering areas for relaxation and community enjoyment.

Sienna is Fort Bend County’s largest community at about 10,800 acres. With almost 40,000 residents, Sienna offers many amenities including recreational pools, golf club, parks, event spaces and even horse stables. Sienna has a variety of on-site shopping and dining as well as innovating and award-winning schools for all ages.
