Scope:

This project involves the new construction of a single-story, 2,622-square-foot golf teaching facility within the premises of Lakeside Country Club. Designed to enhance the Club’s golf instruction program, the facility includes four hitting bays, each equipped with 16-foot roll-up doors and state-of-the-art training equipment to help members refine and optimize their golf swing. Additional features include a restroom, storage area, and an office. The building is constructed with wood framing, and its exterior finishes—brick and Hardie siding—were carefully selected to match the recently completed teaching center, maintaining a cohesive architectural aesthetic throughout the campus.
