Scope:

Transformation of the club’s main entrance with two new vehicular lanes featuring premium pavers and a newly constructed guardhouse, improving entry flow for members and guests. Additionally, a 2,900-square-foot golf teaching facility was developed, complete with four hitting bays, administrative offices, a welcoming waiting room, and restrooms. The facility’s high-end finishes were meticulously selected to seamlessly align with the adjacent Fitness Center, ensuring a consistent, upscale aesthetic. Throughout construction, the main entrance remained fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted access.

Established in 1951, Lakeside Country Club is a prestigious private club located in West Houston, spanning over 200 acres and serving a vibrant membership of more than 1,000 individuals. The Club provides an elegant setting for a wide range of events, including weddings, charitable fundraisers, and sporting tournaments.
