Scope:
Forney Construction led a comprehensive renovation and modernization of Bellaire United Methodist Church, revitalizing key areas to better serve the congregation and community. The project encompassed major interior upgrades to the Sanctuary, Chancel, Narthex, Kitchen, Fellowship Hall, Gathering spaces, and restrooms, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Exterior improvements included front parking lot enhancements, landscaping, paving, and a new canopy, creating a welcoming and accessible environment. Executed in multiple phases, the project ensured minimal disruption, allowing the church to maintain its operations and continue its mission throughout construction.

Founded in 1946 by forty people who initially met for worship at Condit Elementary School, Bellaire UMC has since grown to over 1,300 members and the people of Bellaire UMC continue to invest in Bellaire and surrounding neighborhoods by connecting people to God, connecting people to people, and connecting people to service.
