Scope:

Established in 2019, this premier 2,816-acre property near Evergreen, Texas is bordered on three sides by the scenic Sam Houston National Forest. Designed as a state-of-the-art facility, the camp combines a traditional Scout camp with a modern Leadership Institute to deliver a 21st-century scouting experience. The expansive grounds feature twenty campsites, climbing pavilions, a shooting sports center, a zip line, new lakes, and an extensive trail system. The Leadership Institute enhances the educational mission with a dedicated training center, cabins, dormitories, an arena, and a chapel—creating a comprehensive environment for both adventure and personal development.
