Scope:
This project involved the first-floor buildout of a newly constructed Physicians’ Office Building to create a 43,000 square foot Convenient Care Center, expanding access to high-quality outpatient and emergency medical services in the Cypress community. The facility features advanced diagnostic imaging capabilities, including MRI, CT scan, and X-ray suites, along with a fully equipped Emergency Department designed to provide rapid, around-the-clock care. In addition, the center houses a dedicated Breast Center offering comprehensive women’s health services, and a Sports Medicine facility tailored to injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. The buildout was completed with a focus on patient comfort, operational efficiency, and seamless integration into Memorial Hermann’s network of care.
