Scope:
This project includes demolition of an existing 33,530 square foot student residence building to make way for a new structure, consisting of a 52,970 square foot mass timber building that will be the first of its kind on the Rice University campus. The building’s basement serves as the mechanical equipment room for the entire building. Levels 1 through 5 will house 43 beds for student residence.
