Scope:
Renovation of an existing two-story building on the out-skirts of downtown Houston. The transformation included complete interior demolition to allow for the new floor plan, larger window and door openings, demolition of the existing connector bridge, resurfacing of the parking lot, all new mechanical systems, updated electrical and plumbing services, new roof and fresh interior and exterior finishes.
