Scope:
New construction of an 8,135 square foot building to support House of Tiny Treasures’ childhood education program, providing developmentally appropriate early childhood education for toddler and preschool age children while their parents attend classes and begin working. The building includes four classrooms, a commercial kitchen, multipurpose activity center room and an art studio. This project was the recipient of the Urban Land Institute’s 2018 Development of Distinction Award.

Impact:
Located in Houston’s historic Third Ward, the second HTT location tripled their student capacity and provides 104 of the community’s most at-risk children with a high-quality early childhood education to prepare them to succeed in school and beyond.
