Scope:
The East End Renovation and Expansion of River Oaks Country Club will see the demolition of the existing east side of the fully operational club house that was built in the 1950’s, along with the removal of the existing pools and structure. This will make room for the four new water attractions, poolside cabanas, 4,000 square foot basement and two-story facility. The new building will house a new bar, kitchen and dining, kids’ area, playground and basketball court. This project is scheduled to complete in October of 2022.
